June Fundraiser
After last year’s success we are hoping that we can get as many people as possible from the Footprints community, across the globe, to hold a ‘Baking for Baby Loss’ fundraising event at any point during the month of June. The event can take any shape you like… a cake sale, a tea party, a coffee and cake morning or even a baking competition?! We would encourage participants to get their local community, workplace, schools or clubs involved.
Everything raised will help us to continue to support more families who experience the death of one or more of their twins or triplets.
As you can see from the photos of last year’s different bake events, a huge number of delicious cakes and treats were made and consumed.
If anyone would like to put on a baking related event anytime over the course of the year please do get in touch and let us know. We would be very grateful and happy to support you in whatever way we can.

We would love to see and share photos of your event and bakes.
Suzie Scofield, Co-founder of the charity said
“For last years ‘Baking for our Babies’ I hosted a coffee and cake morning at my house in our village. I invited lots of local friends and family to pop in over the course of one morning. I managed to borrow an urn and some mugs from a friend and asked a few of my mates to make a cake, as baking is not my forte! I was blown away by the support on every level… the number of cakes donated, and support of those who came on the day, mucking in to make coffee and the incredible donations made to Footprints. The event raised an amazing £800.”
Every penny raised will go towards helping provide support to bereaved families who’s baby or babies have died from a multiple pregnancy. Sharon and Suzie, along with their incredible volunteers, are working tirelessly towards building funding for Footprints, to enable them to sustain this vital support service and to be able to plan the charities’ growth over the next few years.
We can share our logo and ‘Baking for Babies’ graphic for you to print off and use at your event.
