Charity Ball

Banbury Day Nursery celebrated 35 years by hosting a Gala Ball in aid of Footprints Baby Loss at the newly refurbished Whately Hall Hotel on 23 November 2024.

Around 80 parents and staff attended the ball and raised £2,200 for the charity through donations and raffle.

Sharon Darke from Footprints told the Oxford Mail “Andrea from Banbury Day Nursery first got in contact with us just after we launched in January 2024 to see how she could help. The nursery then kindly raised some money for us by having a cake sale at their sports day in June. When Andrea mentioned the ball we were thrilled. It’s a first for us at Footprints.
