Coventry Cathedral BLAW Event

It was such a lovely afternoon remembering our twins and triplets at the Coventry Cathedral Baby Loss Awareness Week Remembrance service on Sunday 13th October. It was especially great to see some of our Footprints families there. It’s such a beautiful venue and it was full with families who have experienced baby loss.

I was a little nervous before sharing my story but it went really well. I do always love to tell people about Charlie and Joshua. I had such lovely conversations with people afterwards and got to tell them a bit more about our charity, and hear about their own babies.

I lit candles for all of our babies, hung hats (from the story used in the service) on a remembering tree and wrote in chalk in the original Coventry Cathedral ruins.

It was a really beautiful day and I really appreciate those of you who came along especially.

I also lit tealights at the back of the cathedral for us all 👣👣
