How We Can Help
Surviving twin & Triplet blogs
You can find some personal experiences from some of our families with surviving twins and triplets in our personal stories section.

our support
We have monthly online groups, with one for those with surviving twins or triplets where both mums and dads are welcome to attend together or individually.
We also have many parents with surviving twins and triplets in our private Facebook group.
We have mum and dad befrienders with surviving twins and triplets that we can match you with.
“It was such a challenge to have constant mixed feelings of profound grief for Sam who had died, and intense joy for Ben who was alive and doing well. It was the peer-to-peer support that was a lifeline to my survival and it was really only those people who just got it.”
Jeanne, befriender and bereaved mum of Sam and Ben
OTHER support
You might find the following organisations that work with children and their grief helpful.

Child Bereavement UK helps families to rebuild their lives when a child grieves or when a child dies. The charity supports children and young people (up to the age of 25) when someone important to them has died or is not expected to live, and parents and the wider family when a baby or child of any age dies or is dying.

Aching Arms has created two animations to help explain the loss of a sibling. One is designed for younger children, and the other is aimed at older children and teenagers. These can be a helpful starting point for conversations about grief.

“Even though Evie is not here with us, it is nice to talk and think about her. I am happy and can still be me on my own. I don’t know what it would be like if she was here, and I’m ok with that” Rose
