How We Can Help
Whatsapp Groups
We have got two small WhatsApp groups specifically for our triplet parents that you are very welcome to join if you have experienced the death of one or more of your triplets.
Please be mindful that there are a mix of different personal experiences in the group. One of our groups is for parents with one or two surviving triplets and the other is for those where all of their babies died. It is a safe space where you can chat to other triplet parents, ask questions and be in a supportive group of mums and dads that understand how you might be feeling.
Email us for more details.
TRIPlet blogs
You can find some personal experiences from other triplet mums and dad in our personal stories section.
Phil’s story
“Coming home to our relatively new house, without our babies, was devastating. The grief we experienced was intense and all consuming to begin with, and sometimes my wife and I were not at the same point in our grieving journeys.”
Nez’s story
‘My Story of Triplet Loss’
Owen’s story
‘A Dads Story of Triplet Loss’
Tracey’s story
“I’m a triplet mum to James and Henry, my survivors, and Cayden who is not with us.”
Triplet resources
We have some graphics specifically for our triplet families, as well as our triplet specific stickers for your notes.
We also have a YouTube video from Faye, whose triplet son Dexter died.
Listen to Faye talking about her triplet Dexter that died at 33 weeks gestation. Faye talks about how it feels to have her surviving triplets referred to as twins, in one of the videos, and in the other about how they as a family remember Dexter.

Triplet books are available from Loss Books on our partner charities page:
Three should have been a magic number
Our own constellation, a map across the stars
Life clearly plotted; an instant family could be ours.
In three short moments, laughter changed to tears
Brief memories onto our hearts have been seared.
In the echoing silence of despair and sorrow
carefully, we move from today to tomorrow.
Created, nurtured and fleetingly known
Three little monkeys play together, alone.
From the depth of despair, into a glimmer of hope
Three times the strength, allows us to cope.
Our journey continues, your legacy lasts on
Navigating through life by three stars that have shone.
Finding solace in support we didn’t know existed
A profound bond, through anguish we persisted.
