Pregnancy after loss
September 2020 Are you excited? I’ve been asked this a lot and it’s a really difficult question to…
Becoming pregnant after the loss of a baby can bring a complex blend of emotions. Alongside hope and excitement, many parents also feel fear, anxiety, and uncertainty. After experiencing babyloss, a new pregnancy can feel very different, with every milestone carrying both joy and worry.
IThe Pregnancy After Loss (PAL) section of Footprint Babyloss is here to support parents on this journey. It recognises the emotional challenges that can come with becoming pregnant again after loss and provides a safe, understanding space where parents can feel seen, heard, and supported.
Every pregnancy after loss is unique. Parents may hold both the love for the baby they lost and the hope for the baby they are expecting, experiencing a wide range of emotions along the way.
At Footprint Babyloss, we honour the babies who came before while offering support to families as they move forward. You are not alone, and every feeling you have whatever it may be, is valid.
